Monitor inventory levels at the retail outlet on a daily basis and escalate sell-in opportunities
Manage personal sales target through on-going performance monitoring and pro-active corrective action plan implementation when required
Support the merchandising team in the deployment and implementation of merchandising activities and materials
Help address any issue arising in-store by escalating issues that can’t be solved to the Retail Account Managers or Territory Sales Reps and provide regular updates for those which may require time and management support to address
Build relationships with the store managers and retail sales reps to increase mindshare and establish Philips, Siemens, Frigidaire as the preferred vendor

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve sell-out targets for PSG products and accessories by engaging consumers and selling products and accessories
Monitor inventory levels at the retail outlet on a daily basis and escalate sell-in opportunities
Manage personal sales target through on-going performance monitoring and pro-active corrective action plan implementation when required
Be an brand Ambassador by educating and informing consumers on new technologies, selling features and benefits of products and accessories
Address general consumer enquiries and assist consumers in service-related enquiries (including after-sales)

Support the merchandising team in the deployment and implementation of merchandising activities and materials
Perform daily maintenance and replenishment of merchandising materials to keep displays in top condition and ensure promotional campaigns/tactical program execution as per guidelines
Ensure the compliance of the prices advertised for products with Recommended Retail Prices (RRP)
Provide informal training and/or coach the retail sales reps on sales process and product knowledge
