Genome sequencing and assembly
o Gaps are randomly dispersed in the chromosome. Most of the large gaps reside in RNA gene regions.
o Read coverage along the genome are nearly uniform, with mild random fluctuation.
o Only ~10 potential mis-assembled regions can be detected when sequencing depth is >10x.
