day 1: Monaco …Cannes (22NM)

Take a 10 minute helicopter transfer from Nice airport to Monaco, where you will be welcomed aboard by your Captain and crew (transfer time from the heliport to the marina is 5 minutes). Cocktails and lunch will be served while you gently cruise to the Cap D’Antibes. Anchor at the Hotel du Cap Eden Rock and enjoy an early evening swim before dining at the prestigious Eden Rock restaurant. Past guests include Sir Winston Churchill, Charlie Chaplin, Tom Cruise and even Picasso painted by the pool.

day 2: Cannes In the morning take a leisurely cruise to the Lerins Islands just a couple of miles away from Cannes. Explore the Abbey and Fortress, or take a stroll along one of the forest trails while enjoying the backdrop of Pine and Eucalyptus trees. For lunch, take the tender to one of the secluded inlets for a swim, your chef will prepare an elegant picnic lunch which will be served to you by the beach. In the early evening, indulge in some retail therapy in the heart of Cannes. All of the leading brands line the Boulevard de La Croisette.

day 3: Cannes …St. Tropez (28NM) Despite its enormous popularity and the tourists that flock there every summer, St Tropez manages to maintain its charm. After exploring this former fishing village, I recommend an hour cruise to Pampelonne Beach and lunch at Club 55, this is the very best restaurant / beach club in the area.

Please note that due to high demand, advance notice is also required if you wish spend the night in St Tropez as berths in the port can’t always be guaranteed.

day 4: St. Tropez …Porquerolles (22NM) Slip anchor after a leisurely breakfast and cruise to the Porquerolles Islands to ease the pace down a notch or two. The clear waters and the protected nature of the area are a pleasant change from the energy of the coast. Mostly un-inhabited, the islands offer a mix of beautiful forests, wild rocky coastline and beaches that can be explored by foot or by bicycle.

A visit into the town of the main island reveals a colonial style and welcoming atmosphere. Spend the night at anchor under the stars.

day 5: Porquerolles …Villefranche (40NM) Enjoy a relaxing morning with lunch on board as you cruise along the coastline to Villefranche sur Mer. Here the yacht can anchor and you can tender in to see this 14 th century town, a vibrant place with excellent restaurants and plenty of little boutiques (this is my favorite destinations along the coast).

The bay itself is stunning with a beach that stretches towards St Jean Cap Ferrat, the playground to millionaires and their beautiful villas which overlook the magical bay…

day 6: Villefranche …Monaco …Portofino (8NM + 97NM) Cruise back to Monaco for a day of shopping and exploring. A visit to the Palace or to the Musee oceanographique de Monaco may be of an interest if there are any children in your party. Alternatively, we can also arrange a private tour of the ancient wine caves at the Hotel de Paris.

Cruise overnight to Portofino.

day 7: Portofino …Calvi (115NM) Arrive in time for breakfast in Portofino and anchor in the picturesque harbor. The tiny hamlet of Portofino is arguably Italy’s finest village and one of the most photographed.

The Hotel Splendido offers the best dinning experience. Carlo Lazzeri (Restaurant manager) will ensure you have the very best table at the Chuflay Bar restaurant which overlooks the harbor.

day 8: Calvi Dominating the entrance to the Gulf of Calvi is the Citadel, high on a bold (calvus) rock from which the town’s name is derived. Calvi’s most active area is the Quai Landry. This is a beachside walkway which connects to the marina, and offers restaurants, cafes, and boutiques and lively cocktail bars.

day 9: Calvi …Bonifacio (83NM)

The entrance to Bonifacio is spectacular, a narrow entrance through the high limestone cliffs leads to the towns harbor. Bonifacio is a fascinating place to wander around and to enjoy a delicious meal or perhaps you can explore the Lavezzi Islands. There are stunning rock formations, reefs and beaches, perfect for a day of swimming and snorkeling. There is also the Sperone Golf club, the course winds its way across the cliff tops overlooking the Bonifacio straits…

day 10: Bonifacio …Maddalena (15NM)

The Maddalena Archipelago consists of 62 islands and covers an area of 5138 hectares. The principal island is La Maddalena, known as the “Small Paris,” and considered one of the most beautiful towns in Sardinia. Budelli is best known for its pink beaches “Spiaggia Rosa,” due to the presence of coral grains. The beach is protected by the National Park Authorities and there is restricted access to the public.

day 11: Maddalena …Porto Cervo … (9NM)

After a lazy morning enjoying water sports, the yacht will cruise to the Porto Cervo marina for the night. Porto Cervo is essentially the capital of the Costa Smeralda, offering the liveliest of nightlife, with the greatest choice of spas and restaurants, the shopaholics in your group will be in heaven!
