make extra stops at Newtown, Ashfield and Flemington. Richmond trains run between Richmond and Leppington only.

Customers should change at Parramatta if travelling to or from the City.

From 23:30 Saturday until 05:30 Sunday, trains run to a changed timetable between Penrith and the City via the T3 Bankstown Line.

Trains stop as normal to Granville, then Clyde, Auburn, Bankstown, Sydenham, Redfern, then run around the City Circle.

Customers travelling to the City should remain on the train. Customers travelling to stations between Lidcombe and Ashfield should change at Granville for a

T2 Inner West & Leppington Line train. Buses replace trains between Strathfield/Ashfield and Central. Bus routes 3T3 Liverpool, then all stations to Villawood and return 6T2 Glenfield, then all stations to Fairfield and return 8T2 Liverpool, Glenfield, Edmondson Park, Leppington and return* 15T2 Liverpool, Cabramatta, then Fairfield and return * 8T2 is an extra service that will supplement the shuttle train service between Leppington and Glenfield.

Blacktown only. T1 Western Line trains run between Blacktown and the City via the T3 Bankstown Line. Buses also run between Blacktown, Strathfield and Central.

Bus route (Saturday night/Sunday morning only) 11T1 Blacktown, then Strathfield and return 55T1 Blacktown, then Central and return 56T1 Blacktown, Parramatta, Strathfield, Central and return

Weekend scope of work: Configuration 3 + overnight 6 track Illawarra Junction - Ashfield

This weekend a combination of capital works programs, major periodic and routine maintenance will take place. Some of the work scheduled is as follows:

- PSU 2018TT Overhead Wiring Upgrade and Feeder stage works - Sydney Metro City and Southwest stage works - PSU Substation Lee St stage works - Bridge Refurbishment King St OB Newtown - Rerailing works at Stanmore - Contact Wire Renewal at Summer Hill - Drainage works at Ashfield - Platform Resurfacing at Burwood - Rail and Turnout Grinding - Plain Track and Turnout Resurfacing - Overhead wiring, signal and track inspections and other preventative maintenance - Corridor Presentation: vegetation maintenance and graffiti removal at various locations
