Advertising opportunities are available for all our members. This single print publication is extremely cost effective when considering the extensive exposure to your target market and the mass market with a single publication. We will be printing 62,000 copies of the planbook for distribution. Copies will be inserted in Fort Wayne Newspapers on Sunday, April 21, 2019. Additional copies will be available at sponsor business locations, participating builder’s homes and various news racks. The official planbook features upgraded paper (not news print), full tour area and quadrant maps as well as detailed pages of each of the tour homes.

Online ads will be published on www.hbafortwayne.com from April 10 to May 31, 2019. This will be the first year the tour page will be integrated in to our website but based off numbers provided from Fort Wayne Newspapers on previous tours, the site gets approximately 30,000 visitors during the tour.

GRAPH’S & LAUGHS, LLC Dismal Deal The Green New Deal's plan to upgrade all buildings to "maximum energy efficiency" will cost about $285/ton of CO2 removed. To achieve 100% renewable energy in 10-years is minimally expected to cost $85/ton of CO2 withdrawn. For comparison purposes, power producers in New England will currently accept $6 to reduce their CO2 emission by one ton, it's $15 in California and $25 in the EU based on today's permit prices. Delivery Decline In 2018, there were 3,853,472 births, the lowest level in 30 years, and the fertility rate was 60.2/1,000 women aged 15-44, a record low. For those 15-19, there were 18.8 births/1,000, another record low. As for abortions, in 2013, 958,700 were performed, the first time since 1975 they fell below one million. There were 926,200 in 2014, the latest year for which data are available. Falling unintended pregnancies are why. Housing Hit December housing starts came in at a seasonally-adjusted annual rate of 1.08 million; the worst level since 9/16! Worse, starts for October and November were revised down. However, CY2018 starts were up 3.6% compared to CY2017. Moreover, rates have fallen considerably since 12/18, equities are up, the government has reopened, labor markets remain tight, inventory is rising, and appreciation is slowing. 2019 starts should be slightly better than 2018.
