BARRE – Mirbeau’s Barre class is a fusion of ballet fundamentals, pilates, core and strength conditioning for a total body workout. This class uses light hand weights and the ballet barre to achieve a lean, flexible, youthful body.

CARDIO PUMP – This high energy class combines cardio and strength intervals. Perfect for anyone trying to improve their fitness and health. Beginners can work at their own levels and intermediate and advanced students will be challenged by this full-body workout. CORE STRENGTH – This is a full body strength and conditioning class designed to maximize core strength and stability. This class will help you build a more stable, powerful abdomen and lower back to improve fitness, straighten posture and provide a foundation for an active daily life.

HOT YOGA – This class is a challenging Power Yoga routine of yoga asanas and flowing movements incorporating the breath also known as a Vinyasa; this is then done in a room heated to 100 degrees. When your body is warm the muscles are more flexible and easier to stretch. The heat also makes the body sweat, releasing toxins and raising the metabolism.

MANTRA MONDAY – On Monday morning we start a little more gently and build to a nice slow simmer in your body. We align to mantra and manifest transformation in this mindful steady flow that builds to an energetic workout for a deliciously sweaty kick off to your week.

MOVING MEDITATIONS – Based on the principles of Tai Chi Chih, easy to learn movements that quiet the mind and release physical stress, improve balance, coordination, and enhances the ability to move with ease. Balance out your tougher workouts with softer, healing practices that center the mind and restore the body.

PILATES – Pilates is a challenging series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone your core (abdominal muscles). This class will teach the correct technique and flow, resulting in increased strength, flexibility and balance.

POLE WALKING – Pole walking uses two specially designed poles to work the upper body while walking. Like cross country skiing, the poles are used by the arms to match each step the person takes. Pole walking works the arms, shoulders and upper chest and back muscles through a full range of motion, stretching and lengthening those muscles which are often tight.

POWER, PRECISION & PRANA YOGA –This class will build endurance, strength and flexibility with a strong focus on matching the breath to the movements. This class is for those who wish to deepen the connection between yoga postures (asanas) and breath, and those who would like to receive a more cardiovascular yoga workout. Plan to sweat but to have fun while doing it!

RESTORATIVE YOGA – This nurturing class is a perfect way to start the day with stillness and gentle asana. There are endless benefits of restorative yoga! Prepare yourself for a heightened sense of acceptance, detachment and overall well-being!

SLOW FLOW HATHA YOGA – This class extends principles of alignment as well as mindfully transitioning from pose to pose. This style of yoga incorporates awareness, breath, muscle integrity and core integration. The session ends with a period of deep relaxation. Modifications and props are utilized as needed.

SPIN – This Indoor Cycling class offers a high energy stationary bike workout that will enhance cardiovascular endurance and improve muscular strength. Participants select personal intensity - levels during the workout through body position and bike tension. Space is limited so please see the Spa Desk to secure a bike.

SPIN FUSION – Spin Fusion pairs spinning with a core workout. The class will include a 40 minute spin class and then 10 minutes of core utilizing TRX, Bosu or just a mat core workout.

SPIN/TRX COMBO – This class offers the cardiovascular workout of Indoor Cycling with the total body strength workout of TRX. This class combines 30 minutes of high intensity cycling followed by 20 minutes of strength building work on the suspension straps.Space is limited so please see the Spa Desk to secure a bike.

STRENGTH & STRETCH– This class is designed to enhance muscular strength, endurance and explosive power. Using dumbbells and your own body weight, you will engage in exercises that will work every major muscle group in your body.

TABATA – This 50 minute class has 5 minutes of warm up, 8 sets of Tabata sequence exercises and a 5 minute cool down/stretch. Each sequence is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.

THE YIN/GENTLE YOGA – Enjoy a restorative, gentle, and meditative yoga class. The physical focus will guide you to use the correct amount of tensile stress in supported poses, which can assist to renew the function of deep tissue to support your body’s movements.

TONE & STRETCH – Stretch and Tone is ideal for anyone looking to balance out their workouts with a low impact but challenging class. This class incorporates a series of lengthening movements followed by a strength exercises to promote long lean muscle. Stretch and Tone teaches proper form for stretching and strength exercises.

TRX – This class uses the TRX Suspension Straps to train your total body from head to toe. All levels are welcome.

VINYASA FLOW – This multi-level 1 hourclass is a full body flow that will challengeevery muscle group in your body with anadditional focus on connecting your breathto movement. Accompanied by inspiringmusic, you will leave this class feeling bothchallenged and refreshed.

YANG/YIN YOGA – This class is a combination of an active, dynamic Vinyasa Flow style practice with the slow, steady surrender of Yin Yoga. Suitable for all levels, this combination of Yang and Yin styles allow you to warm up the body and create heat in the beginning and then release connective tissue at the end of practice.

YOGA & BIO-MECHANICS – You will be guided through traditional yoga poses integrating current movement principles based on anatomy and bio-mechanics. The class will focus on the recruitment and training of muscles to enhance performance, safety, and effectiveness, including cutting edge research and the safest and most effective way to train the core.
