PSHE (Personal, Social and Health Education) Facing challenges: Over this term we will be exploring different aspects of PSHE that compliments Mindfulness and Wellbeing. At some point in your life you might have faced a challenge! This week we are going to be thinking about some challenges that we might be facing at the moment. Have a look at the resource called PSHE challenges to find your activity.

Other resources available on the class page: -Mindfulness colouring – this is a relaxing and calming activity that allows children to have an outlet for any anxious feelings by giving them something creative to focus on. The small detail encourages them to improve their fine motor skills and attention span. -Local walks – as the lovely weather seems to be here to stay (fingers crossed!), I’ve attached a link from My Tunbridge Wells that gives some ideas about walks in the local area. https://mytunbridgewells.com/walks-for-families-in-kent/?fbclid=IwAR2tHDU7cAadfnYVwRvtJpI5Y4SdgR0ZxpivTPjLvGad-hYEzW_I-xjM8EQ    -Sudoku – this numbers game is a great way to keep your brain active by filling in all the missing numbers. You’ll need to use your problem solving skills to help you as well as practicing your logical thinking.

Have a lovely week and don’t forget to send in any of your learning (or anything else!) to: [email protected]
