Originally on the PP February 2016 Ministry of Industry requested to hire IC with budget 24k. Due to recent government structural change Ministry of Industry restructured to National Development Agency. Therefore National Development

agency proposed to hire IC for 8 months with 1500k monthly salary.

Originally planned to finance the remaining 180k part from IDA according to PP 6 Nov 15, due to budget shortage it was excluded from the PP February 16. During the mission March 2016 MEGDT requested 180k again from IDA and mission

team agreed to add back to the line.

Extended the contracts of 4 staff (head + 3 technical specialists) of GWMIU for 10 months (till July 2017) at reduced ratio by 70% of current salary according to Aide memoire September 2016.

The Ministry approved the additional scoping that was necessary 15%. The amendment request is being reviewed.
