Create a Compelling Job Description

Establish an authentic employment brand > Clarify your culture, work environment, mission, goals and vision

Create a clear employment value proposition > What do we offer that is truly unique?

> How does the role showcase unique skills, interests and abilities? > How does the role contribute to the company’s vision?

Think like the applicant:

> Why does this job exist? > How am I a good fit?

> How does this role differ from my current position?
