REGULATED INSTITUTIONS ‐ ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO LAST 12 MONTHS
* Regulated Institutions experienced an active client increase of 164,461 (3.6%). In absolute terms, Crediamigo in Brazil was the institution in this group that experienced the highest increase during period with 98,766 clients (9.4%) even when data is available as of April 2012. Furthermore, this group grew its active portfolio by US$329.6 million (6.9%). And Compartamos in Mexico was the institution in this group that increased the most in this variable: 114.1 million (13.4%) even when data is available as of March 2012.

SERVICE COMPANIES ‐ ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO LAST 12 MONTHS
* Service company clients rose by 19,666 (8.0%). In absolute terms, Credife in Ecuador experienced the largest increase, with 10,254 active clients (8.7%). As far as active portfolio, this group grew at a rate of 5.2% (US$29.6 million). And also Credife was the institution that recorded the highest growth in this variable: US$29.5 million (6.5%).

NGO’s ‐ ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO LAST 12 MONTHS
* NGO active clients increased by 6,787 (3.1%). In absolute terms, Genesis Empresarial in Guatemala experienced the highest increase, with 6,522 active clients (4.1%). As far as active portfolio, this group increase US$1.1 million (1.0%) and Fundación Mario Santodomingo in Colombia was the institution that recorded the most growth in this variable: US$0.5 million (6.8%).

AFRICA AND ASIA PARTNERS ‐ ACTIVE BORROWERS AND PORTFOLIO LAST 12 MONTHS
* Partners in Africa and Asia recorded a growth of 3,050 clients (2.4%). In absolute terms, Swadhaar in India experienced the highest increase, with 7,577 clients. As far as active portfolio, this group reflected a increasing of US$2.2 million (2.9%). And Akiba in Tanzania was the institution of the group that recorded the growth in this variable: US$3.5 million (9.7%).

The group of Regulated Institutions experienced an increase in its portfolio at risk (0.39 points). Furthermore, its indicator remains above the weighted average of all institutions by 0.20 points.
Service companies increased 0.64 percentage points, which places this group below the total weighted average by 1.66 points.
The group of NGOs showed an increased by 0.78 points during this period. It remains below the weighted average of the total portfolio at risk by 0.98 points.
The group of partners in Africa and Asia increased its portfolio at risk by 0.68 points and it still remains 1.06 points above the weighted average.
