Il contrasto tra i colori neutri diventa più delicato quando le tonalità chiare non sono bianche ma contengono i toni del grigio (tortora) e del marrone (nude). Sono tonalità che permettono alla geometria di esprimersi per arricchire.

Il tono su tono si arricchisce e diventa delicato se le superfici hanno materie diverse. La neutralità del grigio rende austero il legno chiaro ed esalta l’accostamento con il fashion wood scuro.

Se in arredamento usiamo il monocolore per arredare una stanza il verde è l’unico colore che riequilibria tutti gli spazi e da armonia alla percezione dello stesso. Il verde è il colore del paesaggio, la tonalità dominante della natura. Le sfumature di questo colore sono infinite: dalle nuance calde ed invernali a quelle fredde ed esuberanti e tutte possono essere mescolate tra loro.Si addice alle tonalità neutre e naturali che spesso accompagnano l’arredamento come il marrone, sabbia e grigio.

In interior design, if we use monochrome to furnish a room, green is the only colour that can rebalance all the spaces and bring harmony to how it is perceived. Green is the colour of the countryside, nature’s dominant shade. I legni lavorati si riferiscono ad un ambiente austero, elegante e retrò. In versione contemporanea i legni lavorati vanno stemperati da materiali neutri e lisci. Le tinte di questi legni sono forti e vanno incoraggiate ed accompagnate da tessuti dai colori terra (bruciati, gialli, marrone). Se nello stesso ambiente girano altri e svariati elementi d’arredo avranno tonalità chiare e neutre (grigio chiaro e grigio scuro).

Carved woods relate to an austere, elegant, retro environment. In the contemporary version, carved woods are toned down by smooth, neutral materials. These woods have strong colours and are set off and enhanced by fabrics in earth colours (burnt shades, yellow, brown). Usare una tonalità chiara per un divano molto grande è d’obbligo se si vuole dilatare l’ambiente.Questo ci permette di poter usare tonalità scure sulle pareti e sui soffitti. STANZA 07 / AMARANTO

L’idea di questo ambiente è di usare un colore forte e caratterizzante sui dettagli: mensole, cassettiere ed imbottiti. Perché il colore si coordini all’ambiente ed emerga come dettaglio armonioso si deve usare insieme ad un neutro scuro che diventa contemporaneamente sfondo e dominante. L’amaranto con le sue tonalità deve essere l’unico colore che interviene nello spazio.

The idea for this room is to use a strong distinguishing colour in the details: shelves, drawer units and upholstery. For the colour to be coordinated with the room and for it to be a harmonious detail, it must be used with a dark neutral that becomes both the background and the dominant shade. Amaranto in all its various shades must be the only colour that appears in the space.

E’ un ambiente caratterizzato da forme curve che dialogando tra loro mettono in risalto i materiali dalle texture diverse (lisci, materici). Tessuto, marmo, metallo entrano comunque in gioco per qualificare in maniera elegante e contemporanea un oggetto che è sempre protagonista dell’ambiente notte. La monocromia accentua la forma, il contrasto (marmo bianco) pone l’accento sul particolare.

This is a room characterised by curved shapes that work together to highlight the materials with different textures (smooth, textured). Fabric, marble and metal come into play, however, to characterise an object that always takes the lead in the bedroom, in an elegant and contemporary way. Monochrome accentuates the shape; the contrast (white marble) puts the accent on the specific element.

La cultura Maja non distingueva il blu dal verde e la parola che definiva questo colore era blu/verde, da cui nasce il colore petrolio.I colori blu e verde sono considerati altamente rilassanti, rallentano le frequenze del battito cardiaco, sono quindi colori adatti agli ambienti notturni. La proposta di contrastare queste tonalità con i gialli è l’idea di caratterizzare in maniera più frizzante l’ambiente e adeguarlo alle proposte moda 2019.

The Maja culture did not distinguish blue and green, and the word that defined this colour was blue/green, from which we get the colour Petrolio. The colours blue and green are considered to be very relaxing, slow down our heartbeat, and are therefore colours that suit bedtime areas. STANZA 11 / SOFFITTI SCURI

Siamo in una situazione simile alla stanza 01 dove spazio scuro si mescola ai neutri più chiari. In questo caso si ha la percezione di un ambiente più ampio, questa sensazione è data dall’uso del soffitto scuro che schiaccia la scatola e allontana le pareti.

We are in a similar situation to room 01 where dark space is combined with lighter neutrals. In this case the room appears more spacious. This sensation comes from the use of a dark ceiling that flattens the box and makes the walls seem further away.
