These two page spreads are the ones that I found most appealing when researching different varieties. With the Pete Doherty (top left) and David Bowie (bottom right) magazines, it looks effective to take a photo of an individual as it makes the two page spread more specific, it also allows me to provide more writing as the image doesn’t take up too much space, which is quite conventional for music magazines. However with the Vaccines (top right) magazine, I believe the camera angle and whole style of the image is well thought through and looks very appealing, so that is another option to design my two page spread on.
