Statements in this presentation may contain forward-looking information. Forward looking statements or information are based on current expectations, estimates and projections that involve a number of risks and uncertainties which could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated by the Company and described in the forward looking statements or information. These risks and uncertainties which may cause actual results to differ materially from the forward looking statements or information include, among other things: general economic and business conditions; the risk of instability affecting the jurisdictions in which the Company operates; the risks of the oil and natural gas industry, such as operational risks in exploring for, developing and producing crude oil and natural gas and market demand; the possibility that government policies or laws may change or governmental approvals may be delayed or withheld; risks and uncertainties involving geology of oil ad natural gas deposits; the uncertainty of reserves estimates and reserves life; the ability of the Company to add production and reserves through acquisition, development and exploration activities; the Company’s ability to enter into or renew leases; potential delays or changes in plans with respect to exploration or development projects or capital expenditures; the uncertainty of estimates and projections relating to production (including decline in rates), costs and expenses; fluctuations in oil and natural gas prices, foreign currency exchange rates and interest rates; risks inherent in the Company’s marketing operations, including credit risk; health, safety and environmental risks; and uncertainties as to the availability and cost of financing. Readers are cautioned that the foregoing list is not exhaustive of all possible risks and uncertainties. Additional information on these and other factors that could affect the Company’s operations and financial results is included in reports filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities and is available at www.sedar.com and on the Company’s website at www.mooncoroil.com.The reader is cautioned not to place undue reliance on this forward-looking information. The forward looking statements or information contained in this presentation are made as of the date hereof and the Company undertakes no obligation to update publicly or revise any forward looking statements or information, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise unless required by applicable securities laws. The forward looking statements or information contained in this presentation are expressly qualified y this cautionary statement.Where amounts are expressed on a BOE basis, natural gas volumes have been converted to oil equivalence at six thousand cubic feet per barrel. The term BOE may be misleading, particularly if used in isolation. A BOE conversion rate of six thousand cubic feet per barrel is based on an energy equivalency conversion method primarily applicable at the burner tip and does not represent a value equivalency at the wellhead.

Mooncor Oil & Gas  wholly-owned subsidiary Primary Petroleum (USA) has concentrated the majority of its resources in the acquisition of prospective oil and gas acreage in Northwestern Montana. The Company has an operated working interest in a large contiguous land position, in excess of 370,000 gross, 218,000 net acres, in the Southern Alberta Basin in Pondera and Teton Counties of northwestern Montana.

Primary Petroleum (USA) has gone on to identify a number of well supported exploration and development opportunities in formations ranging from the Cretaceous period to the Devonian period . Primary's land capture is offsetting the previously exploited Pondera Field which produced a total of 29MM barrels of oil.All Primary's new play types encompass petroleum systems with carbonate and clastic targets. Favorable mineralogy and multiple pay intervals are some of the key characteristics demonstrated by the plays developed.

Primary is currently acquiring fee simple and state lands in Western Montana. The area is characterized by multi-zone oil and gas targets, is close to existing infrastructure and has year round access.

A significant amount of trade seismic is available and Primary believes that the area merits further exploration using today's modern exploration methods.

The Madison is the primary producing formation in Northwestern Montana. Drilling began in the 1920’s and cumulative production to date is over 60MMbo.

Pondera field and Gypsy Basin have cumulative production of 29.5MMbo.

The Madison is a Mississippian group consisting of the Sun River dolomite, Mission Canyon limestone and the Lodgepole limestone. The producing formation is the uppermost Sun River dolomite, which historically has been referred to simply as the Madison.

The Madison is a creamy grey to white dolomite with an average porosity of 12%, average permeability of 10mD and a typical recovery factor of 15%

Exploration of the Madison formation, including acquisition of 3D seismic over prospective areas.

Focus of deep exploration should concentrate in the zone earlier identified where it is anticipated the Big Valley is thicker and may be over pressured.

Economics for 3D Seismic and Drilling Program

3D Seismic: $56,000 per sq. mile2D Seismic [trade]: $1200 per mile

Ammonite Energy International Inc Signed a PSA for the Al-Jafr block, located in the southern part of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is a large acreage block, 19,350 Sq Kilometers in size. The land block is covered with an extensive grid of seismic data, but very little drilling has taken place on the block

The map shown below as Figure 1 shows the areal extent of the Al-Jafr block. is situated on the western flank of the Tabuk Basin of west Central Saudi Arabia and Iraq and can be correlated to the intra –cratonic basins of North Africa. The basin architecture is described as a series of asymmetrical graben and half –graben features which have left as series of tilted fault blocks. The timing of the main rift phase is postulated to be Middle to late Cambrian (NRA. 2006) Tilted fault block basins of the rift phase are filled with sandstones of the Saleb Formation and the system is capped with Burj Limestone and shale sequence. During Cambrian and Ordovician time, cyclical sequences of regional transgressive fluvial and estuarine sand deposition occurred (Dauntless, 1999). The last major sand sequence of deposition is the Dubeidib Formation which expressed a sequence of good porosity and permeability in Hunt, JF-#1 well drilled in 1989. A period of extensive flooding in the early Silurian over the greater region and much of North Africa occurred resulting in the deposition of a graptolitic black radioactive shale. The base “hot” shale of the Mudawwarra is significant as it is considered a good source rock for hydrocarbon generation for the region.
