1 ½ oz Moonshine

½ oz orange liqueur

6 raspberries

1 tsp egg white

seltzer water

Muddle the raspberries with orange

liqueur in a mixing glass. Add the

rest of the ingredients except for the

seltzer water. Dry shake vigorously.

Add ice and shake again. Double

strain into a champagne flute and

top off with seltzer water.
