The coaching staff has been blown away by the level of maturity and self- discipline the swimmers have shown which has allowed us to open up more groups. The parents have been a huge help in doing the screenings as well as temperature checks. This has allowed the coaches to make sure the pools are properly set up for practices. MOR purchased 8 infrared thermometers to check staff and swimmers each day. The swimmers came in with smiles on (hidden by masks!) and were clearly eager to get back in the water. Our staff has worked hard to make the best use of available pool space. Each week has been different and the coming weeks will also require flexibility until all of our facilities are open. We are thankful for the partnerships we have with local pool facilities that have allowed us to return to some level of normal. Coaches have been focusing on technique and turns and skill development during the first month.
