Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the London Cocker Spaniel Society will be held on Saturday 20 July 2019 at Cobham Village Hall, Lushington Drive,
Cobham, Surrey KT11 2LU at the conclusion of the Open Show but not before 1.30pm.
The Officers: Chairman, Hon General Secretary, Hon Treasurer retire every three years in rotation. This year the Chairman is due to retire but is willing to
stand again for a further three year term.The following Committe members are due to retire and are eligible for re-election for a three year term:
Mr G Worsfold, Mrs S Phillips and Mr J Hartnett. They are all willing to stand again. There are two other vacancies. Any nominations for Officers and Committee members, duly proposed and seconded
and with the signed consent of the nominee and items for inclusion on the Agenda must be made
in writing and sent by post to the Hon General Secretary by 22 June 2019. Those eligible to
nominate or be nominated as Officers or Committee members must be fully paid-up members for two
