More Robust Securitas Operational Analysis in Beta Test

As the Leader in Protective Services, we strive to provide our field offices with the tools and resources necessary to differentiate ourselves from the competition and deliver comprehensive, customized solutions to our clients. The Securitas Operational Analysis (SOA) is currently under revision and in the process of being piloted on a staging web site that allows users to practice utilizing this enhanced tool. The site also allows them to receive training with their local SSE coordinators. It will be released as a part of the new Securitas Service Excellence platform.Site-Driven SolutionsThe SOA is the first component of a risk assessment that provides an understanding of the physical security measures currently in effect at a client facility. It is an important tool that enables us to better understand the client’s overall security posture. Together with the post orders, a list of activities, tours and responsibilities is created for each shift. Based on information gathered by the SOA and post orders, we can then identify “low activity” posts and determine if the duties can be performed in a more cost efficient manner.

To standardize and simplify this initial process, the new release of the SOA will feature the following upgrades: SOA Dashboard – View relevant data with configurable dashboard tiles, allowing users to more easily understand and act on key information. Dashboard tiles are located on the main landing page. Only three are currently displayed however, additional tiles will be visible based on feedback from the pilot group.Analytics – Access interactive charts with visual metrics to identify clients most likely to benefit from comprehensive Protective Services offerings.Redesigned SOA Report – Create a presentation-ready document that includes:
