SHORT VERSION

Lord Michael steps forward and hands you the “Sword of Lord

Michael!” This sword, Archangel Michael says, is a symbol for

your personal power! So whenever you are in need of personal

power raise your sword, claim it and declare your personal power

as an incarnation of God!

God now steps forward and places a “Golden Egg of God” or

“Golden Bubble of Invulnerability and Protection” around you.

This Golden Egg, God goes on to say, is to maintain your

invulnerability towards all negativity on all levels of your being!

All negative energy bounces off this Golden Egg or Golden Bubble

like water off a rubber pillow!

Next Pallas Athena steps forward and gives you a “Shield of

Protection!” This shield, Pallas Athena goes on to say, carries her

energy, power, and warrior energy that will protect you whenever

you are in need! All attack, all negativity bounces off this Shield of

Protection whenever you are in need!

Mother Teresa now gives you a cross. Within this cross you see

your “inner child.” This special gift and blessing, Mother Teresa

explains, is to help you to always properly parent your inner child

with tough love! That is with unconditional love balanced with

firmness and discipline!

Your Mighty I AM Presence now descends a “Tube of Light of

Protection” down upon you to serve as a shield of protection and

retain your attunement to your Mighty Presence throughout your

day and your life!

Lady Portia places around you a “Platinum Chest Plate of

God/Goddess” which is a symbol of being the balanced Spiritual

Warrior in life! With this Platinum Chest Plate all negativity from

people and the world, including all negative psychic weapons and

energy bounces off your Chest Plate like a rubber pillow.

Lord Krishna now steps forward and places an “Emerald Green

Necklace” around your neck. This beautiful necklace, Lord Krishnagoes on to say, is a symbol and reminder to transcend duality and

always remain in a transcendent state of consciousness!

The Superconscious Mind appears and hands you a necklace that

has a silver triangle on it. On one side of the equilateral triangle it

says “Time”. On the other side it says “Space.” On the third side of

your heart a “Microcosmic Copy of the Cosmic Threefold Flame of

God!” You can visualize this as a Blue Flame symbolizing the

Power of God, a Pink Flame symbolizing the Love of Christ and a

Yellow Flame symbolizing the Wisdom of the Holy Spirit, which

you are now all eternally connected to. So from this momentforward whenever you need power, love, or wisdom, all you need

to do is turn within and attune to the Presence of the Trinity Flame

within the Sacred Sanctuary of your own heart! This Threefold

Flame is God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit living inside your

multidimensional Body Temple! This Threefold Flame is also a

symbol of your being made in the image and likeness of God! For

remember, you are an incarnation and mini-replica of God in the

truest sense of the term!

Lastly, God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit now step forward to seal

the energies that have been invoked and imprinted this day of our

Cloud of Angels hovering above your head!”

Mahatma Gandhi steps forward and places a copper bracelet on

your right hand with a “Peace Symbol” in the center of it. This is

symbolic of not only keeping your inner peace at all times, but also

being a Peacemaker in the world in a non-violent way! It is also a

symbol for the need to release all attack thoughts and only

manifest your energies from unconditional love.

Albert Einstein steps forward and puts a “Rainbow Colored

Headband.” In the center of the headband which lies right in the

center of the Third Eye is an “Orange Gemstone,” and carved into

the Orange Gemstone is the scientific formula “E=mc squared!”

This of course is the great “Law of Relativity” that Einstein brought

to the world. So this symbol represents the ability to be a Master in

the world of time and space, while simultaneously with one’s free

choice, also to be able to transcend the Laws of Time and Space indeep meditation when one desires and seeks to commune with the

Most High God!

Mohammed steps forward and places a “Pendant” on your clothing

with the symbol of Islam which is the “Crescent Moon and the

Star” which is symbolic of making your Spiritual or religious

practices a daily and practical part of your daily life!

The Eastern Masters Lodge step forward and hand you a “Golden

Matchstick” which you can place in your pocket which is symbolic

of always remaining on “Fire for God!”

Edgar Cayce steps forward and using a “Universal Mind

Crystalline Rod of Light” he touches you on your crown chakra

which has the effect of opening and widening your Antakarana

and accelerating your ability to channel as long as you also do yourown consciousness and psychological work!

Paul Solomon steps forward from the Spirit World and proceeds to

Five-Body-System and Energy Field a “Copper Golden Sun.” This

symbol is to remind you to shine your light like the sun to all

sentient beings you meet regardless of how they treat you. Your job

is to be the Light of the World or the Helios and Vesta Sun to the

World!

Melchior and Melchiora appear before you and place a “Galaxy”inside your body. This is a symbol to remind you that we all are

cells within the Body of God. For God to have healthy organs or

glands each cell within His Cosmic Body must function in a

healthy manner. In a more microcosmic sense the cells in our body

are like the people of the Earth. The organs are like galaxies and

the whole blood stream is like the universe. For you to have

healthy organs, all the cells within your body must function in a

healthy and unified manner. Then the glands, which are the solarsystems, and the organs, which are the galaxies can function in a

harmonious and synergistic fashion.

Commander Ashtar and the Ashtar Command beam down a “Beam

of White Healing Light” over your entire physical body to bring

“Order and Balance” out of any chaos or disorganization in the

cells that may be occurring. See and feel this “White Beam of

Healing Light” almost like an Ascension Column of Light

surrounding you and penetrating you and bringing perfect balance,

integration and healing to all the cells within your physical body!

God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit step forward and place within

Purity and Integration of the Power that Resides within the white

color as well!

The Lord of Sirius now steps forward with a special gift. Being the

head of the Great White Lodge on Sirius which is a center of

Higher Learning and Education, the Lord of Sirius now hands you

a pass that allows you to enter the Wisdom Halls and Libraries of

this Sublime Spiritual Training Facility, which has served as a

blueprint and model after which the I AM University has been

modeled and created, anytime you wish. With this gift and blessing

all the wisdom of the University on Sirius in coordination with the

Inner Plane I AM University is at your call!

The 24 Elders that Surround the Throne of Grace now step forward

with the sublime gift of activating your 24 cranial nerves. This

activation enhances and helps the cranial nerves to literally bow

before the Throne of Grace in the pineal gland. It also serves as an

attunement to the 24 Elders who live within your brain in a

microcosmic sense and also live in a macrocosmic sense serving as

the 24 Cranial Nerves of God!

The Ain Soph Or now step forward and place a “Luminescent Fiery

Triangle” above your Crown Chakra. The purpose of this triangle

is to get rid of negative thoughts. Put the negative thoughts into the

center of the triangle. By doing this the Ain Soph Or burns up the

negative thought forms and transforms and alchemizes them into

the Purity and Perfection of God!

Lord Ganesha, the Elephant God and Deity of Hinduism, who isthe Deity of Removing Obstacles, and he places a “Pendant” on

your clothing of an elephant. The purpose and symbolism of this

pendant is to help you remember to call on him, God, Christ, the

Holy Spirit and all the Celestial Beings to help remove any

obstacles on your path. Ganesha goes on to say that the Elephant is

the strongest animal of all in the Animal Kingdom. So this pendant

is given also to remind you that God helps those who help

themselves as well, so it is a reminder for you to stay mentally,emotionally, energetically, physically, and Spiritually strong at all

times and to work in co-creation with God, Christ, the Holy Spirit,

Ganesha, and all the Celestial Masters!

Sanat Kumara now appears with his Light Rod and touches you on

your head and no matter what color hair you have your hair takes

on a golden hue. The physical hair color remains the same but the

energetic auric hue becomes gold. The meaning of this is that gold

is the color of the Christ. The hair is symbolic of the Mind. It is the

mind that leads to the Christ! So when Sanat Kumara transforms

your hair to the golden hue it means symbolically your mind is

being attuned to the Mind of God!

Your Oversoul now steps forward with your 11 other soul

extensions and introduces them to you. The Oversoul goes on to

say that this is your Oversoul Family of 12. Above that grouping

you can see on a higher dimension the 144 souls that make up yourMonadic and/or Mighty I AM Presence Family! So with this

opening in your Third Eye you will always see your Oversoul and

Monadic Family helping you and encouraging you just as you do

the same for them!

Pan now steps forward and gives you a bracelet with the symbol of

a “Bonsai Tree” on it. The bonsai tree, Pan explains, serves as a

reminder for you to always remain connected with and attuned tonature throughout your day and life! Pan goes on to say that this

bonsai tree will also help you telepathically communicate with

nature and all the nature spirits, devas, and elementals!

Hanuman, the Monkey God and Deity of Hinduism, steps forward

and places a ring around the finger of your choice. In the center of

the ring is a picture of Hanuman, the Monkey God. The actual ring

part is formed into the arms and hands of Hanuman which wraparound your finger. Hanuman is the Hindu God of Service. So

Hanuman comes with this gift to remind you that Service is the

Law of Life and that no one evolves or grows except through

service. To possess a thing one must give a thing. As the Master

Jesus said, “The greatest among you is the servant of all!” Jesus also

said, “True pleasure is serving God!” And Gandhi said, “The

fastest way to find yourself is to lose yourself in serving others!”

Lord Maitreya said, “Service is the fruit of Life!” Lord Maitreya

also said, “A True Leader Serves. A True Servant Leads!” So

Hanuman, the Monkey God, who is not really a monkey but a

Master, comes as the embodiment of the Perfect Prototype Servant!

Now with this ring on your finger you will also be reminded to

serve in this same perfect prototype capacity!

Quetzalcoatl now steps forward and places around your neck a

necklace attached to a small, ceramic, circular Mayan Calendar.

This circular Mayan Calendar is symbolic of preparing yourself on

all levels for the birth of the year 2012, which marks the end of theMayan Calendar. The year 2012 symbolizes the Official Birth of the

Golden Age and a Mass Awakening of all Christed souls embodied

on Earth to their true identity and Spiritual Mission to anchor the

Divine Plan on Earth!

God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit now step forward to seal the

energies that have been invoked and imprinted this day of our

Lord. This is being done by God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit byplacing a Golden Egg around your entire Auric Field to contain the

The last thing God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit want to say to close

this meditation is that just as you get up each morning and put on

physical clothing in an aesthetic and scientific fashion, this

Meditation!

Close your eyes!

Imagine a beautiful nature scene. Visualize and imagine yourself

as smiling, happy, joyous, loving and at peace with yourself and

the world.

Look around your nature scene and enjoy the colors, smells, sounds

and the feeling of being in harmony with nature.

You see butterflies flying through the air, birds singing in the sky!

You feel a gentle breeze moving through your hair, caressing you

and loving you. The temperature feels just right!

The rays of the sun gently touch your skin, warming you and

reminding you of the inner sun, the inner light, that burns within.

You take a deep in-breath and then you breathe deeply out.

The air is crystal clear and filled with the light and presence of

God!

You are breathing God! It is so very sacred! You are feeling so

good!

Feel how good it feels to be in this inner paradise and heaven.

As you walk around in the grass and behold the beauty that is all

around, you see mountains, lush green grass, and the most

beautiful flowers you have ever seen in your life!

The sky is deep blue, heralding miracles and wonders awaiting

you!

As you look around and soak in the beauty, majesty and glory of

this sacred inner space you see a rainbow in the distant stretching

through the sky.

This rainbow is sparkling in the most beautiful and stunningly

clear and crystalline colors you have ever seen!

As you walk towards the rainbow, in great anticipation and with

deep inner joy you walk through this gate where you find a

sparkling rainbow waterfall falling down from the sky! You have

never seen such a beautiful and tall waterfall! You are all at awe!

You feel inwardly guided to step into this waterfall.

Feel how good it feels to let your day go and allow this healing

waterfall to flush through every cell of your multi-body system!

As you stand below this waterfall, think about the happenings of

the day. See a movie play in front of your eyes that shows

everything you thought, felt, spoke, and did today. From the

moment you got out of bed to the moment you went into this inner

sacred spot to stand under the Rainbow Waterfall of Life that youare enjoying right now!

Did you start your day claiming your power, putting up your

protection, and fully loving yourself? Or did you start your day

with powerlessness and lack of control, lack of self love and with

no Spiritual and mental armor in place?

How did your day go? Did you have a good day? Did you

accomplish anything or did you waste your day with unimportant

things?

How were your interactions with all the other people you met? Did

you respond to all situations like a Master or did you react as

someone run by their emotional body would, being a victim in life?

What lessons did God, the Master, your Mighty I AM Presence and

Higher Self teach you today? What is unconditional love? Stayingin your personal power? Mastering your emotions? Transcending

duality? Transcending victim consciousness? Humbleness and

humility? Turning the other cheek? Being balanced? Eating a good

diet? More discipline? Not sleeping in? Patience? Letting go of

fear? Standing in your mastery? Courage? Forgiveness towards self

and others?

Take a moment and watch this movie very carefully. Look ateverything that happened today. At your thought processes, your

emotional response, everything you did, what you ate and if it’s the

perfect diet for you, how you handled yourself in all situations!

Allow very carefully this movie to play out in front of you!

As you watch the movie, don’t judge anything that happened or

anything you thought, felt, said or did. Just watch the moviethrough the eyes of your Mighty I AM Presence and God with no

judgment, but mere observation!

As you watch the movie, take notes of all the lessons you were

being taught today. Also write down everything that you did well

and everything that you could have done better!

Just visualize a board with 3 columns on it. The left column reads

“Lessons of the Day!” The middle one reads “Victory Log!” And

the right column reads “Lesson I Will Vigilantly Focus on and keep

in the forefront of my mind!”

So now take a moment and go through your entire day with a very

fine comb.

We will allow some minutes for you to do this! What you are doinghere is a daily self induced bardo experience. For every night you

go to bed, you go through some form of death and are reborn the

next day when you wake up!

So take some minutes now to review your day!

When you are done look at the board and the 3 columns, and read

what you wrote down.

Examine how you did today! Look at all the lessons life so lovingly

put before you! Then take a moment and thank God, your Might I

AM Presence and Higher Self, as well as all people in your life that

played a part in teaching you your lessons todat. Thank each of

them for the opportunity of and stepping stone for Spiritual

growth!

Now look at the list of all lessons that you did not learn today. Did

you not forgive yourself for making a mistake? Did you not stand

up for yourself when you should have because you didn’t own

your personal power? Did you attack your partner or a friend? Did

you allow for outside situations and other people to create your

emotions instead of you creating your own reality? Did you get

attached to an outcome of a certain situation and got sad because it

didn’t come your way?

Whatever today’s lessons were, go back in your mind’s eye to all

these situations that remained unlearned, and this time see, feel

and visualize yourself handling all these situations like a master!

So if you had a conversation with someone today and you went

into attack mode, first thank this other person for the opportunity

for Spiritual growth, and then see yourself communicating with

this person in a very calm, centered, and masterful way!

Do this with all situations, all encounters, all unlearned lessons of

today! After reliving and correcting all lessons of the day, make a

commit to yourself, God, your Higher Self, Mighty I AM Presence

and all the Ascended Masters, from now on to be super vigilant as

to never make the mistake again.

As you stand beneath the Rainbow Waterfall and go through this

exercise and bardo experience, relive your day, make any and allcorrections and adjustments in consciousness, allow the Water of

Life to fully wash away all negative energies you experienced

today. Everything that bothered you and worried you. Every

situation that you did not handle like a master!

See, feel, visualize, taste, hear, and smell how good it feels to let go

of the old and make room for the new you!

When you are complete with this process, take all the lessons that

you just relived and learned in your consciousness, and write them

into the right column of the board which reads, “Lessons I will

vigilantly focus on and keep in the forefront of my mind!”

Even though you have adjusted and learned the lesson in your

consciousness, God, your Higher Self and the Masters will bring

more lessons of the same kind into your life to help you fully

master all unlearned lesson in your daily life!

So you will be extra vigilant now and keep an eye out for these

lessons to come back into your life through whatever event, person,

or form! Earth is a school and you are here to learn lessons so you

may graduate from this mystery school and move on to the higher

schools of learning. Once you fully learn these lessons you carry

the full strength and power of each lesson! So each lesson learned

makes you stronger, and is polishing the NEW YOU and helping

you step into your Integrated Ascended Mastery at higher andhigher levels!

See, feel, and visualize how the Rainbow Waterfall turns into a

Huge Magnificent Violet Flame which burns away all last

remnants of negative energy within your aura, energy fields,

bodies, minds, and every aspect of self!

Very excited you look now at the middle column of your board thatreads “Victory Log!” Joyfully you read about everything that you

did well today – no matter how small - which makes you feel

really, really good about yourself!

You say to yourself, “I love myself with all my heart and soul and

mind and might!”

As you speak these words, you turn into a Golden Bright Light!You see a vision of yourself as an Integrated Ascended Master and

Planetary Realized Christ and Mighty I AM!

You have now successfully learned all the lessons of the day! You

feel like reborn in the truest sense of the term! For you are reborn

in the light of Christ!

Feeling fully complete with today’s day, having learned all lessons,

having properly processed your day, made all necessary

adjustments and having realized yourself as a Divine

Son/Daughter of God, you now call forth the Beloved Presence of

God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Ascended Masters, Angels and

Elohim, your Mighty I Am Presence, and your Higher Self to

properly ground your energies to prepare you for the night!

Be still and enjoy the grounding experience as their collectivecurrent runs through your multi-body system!

Next, we call forth a balancing and perfect attunement of your four

body system, your physical, emotional, mental, and Spiritual

bodies!

See, feel, and visualize how all the bodies are clicking into place

now and form a perfect geometry and beautiful design!

See, feel, and visualize how all the energy within all your bodies is

perfectly distributed and attuned to the Four Body System of your

Mighty I AM Presence and God!

Take a moment to fully allow this to happen!

We now call forth a final balancing, purification, and attunementof our entire chakra system!

See, feel, and visualize how all last remnants of lower energy

within your chakra system is being released into a violet flame that

burns in front of each of the 7 chakras. Visualize all negative

chakra energy leaving the chakras, looking like a dark cloud! See,

feel, and visualize all this negativity being transmuted by the 7

Violet Flames.

Spirit and the Masters now perfectly balance, attune, and ground

your chakra system, immaculately attuning it to the chakra system

of God!

Next, we call forth a nutritional infusion! See, feel, and visualize

how vitamins and minerals immediately start pouring down

energetically into your entire four body system and chakra system,

perfectly nourishing your body systems with the Mana of God!

See, feel, and visualize roots golden growing out of your feet, deep

into the Earth!

See, feel, and visualize a Golden Bubble of Protection around

yourself. This Golden Bubble is the “Egg of God” that protects you

from all negativity within and without! This “Golden Egg of God

of Invulnerability” is semi-permeable. It allows in all positive

thoughts, feelings, and energy from the world, other people, andyour self, however, all fear based thoughts, feelings, words, actions

bounce off the golden bubble like water off a ducks back!

See, feel, and visualize how good it feels to be fully protected

during the day and the night!

Shield of Protection whenever you are in need during day or night!

See, feel, and visualize your Mighty I AM Presence now

descending a “Tube of Light of Protection” down upon you to serve

as a shield of protection and retain your attunement to your Mighty

Presence throughout your day, night and your life!

Commander Ashtar and the Ashtar Command beam down a “Beam

of White Healing Light” over your entire physical body. See, feel,

and visualize this “White Beam of Healing Light” almost like an

Ascension Column of Light surrounding you and penetrating you

and bringing perfect balance, integration and healing to all thecells within your physical body!

Lastly, God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit now step forward to seal

the energies that have been invoked and imprinted this day of our

Lord. This is being done by God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit by

placing a Golden Egg around your entire Auric Field to contain the


now wearing.

Before we close this meditation, we now also request that our room

and home be cleared of any imbalanced energy and that extra

protection we set up!

See, feel, and visualize how the energy in your home is crystal clear

and a golden dome surrounding your entire home!

Fully rested, renewed, transformed, energized, purified, and

joyously happy you walk back through the Rainbow gate, through

the grassy field and back into your daily life.
