Staff Recommendations

Findings: Implementation steps are consistent with the Public Spaces Master Plan, Mosaic Park Master Plan and North Quincy Street Plan

1. Abandon 5th Place North ROW

2. Amend the MTP to remove 5th Place North

3. Amend the GLUP from “Medium” Residential to “Public”

4. Certify the density on 5th Place North

5. Rezone all parcels from “CM” and “RA8-18” to “S-3A”
