Repeat• Delete the run.• Do it 5-7 times for a book.• Then switch to a folder and repeat 5-7 times.• Record averages.• Compute percent difference.• High five one another upon completion.

Troubleshooting• Make sure you only select points where the book is falling when

you’re doing your “linear fit”.• Not when the graph is freaking out (spikes very high)• Or before it starts moving (at zero)

• Make sure the motion sensor is held DIRECTLY over the book and is pointing DIRECTLY downward.• When you’re doing the trials with the folder….try putting some papers

in the folder to weigh it down a bit. Otherwise it won’t fall straight downward.

Troubleshooting• Try to get through the lab….but I understand if you struggle a bit your

first time using the program.• If you feel like you messed something up….close Datastudio and open

it up again.
