A motion from Assistant State Attorney Warren Eth based on fabricated testimony from an Airways Tag Agency employee, Nydia Espana, who under questioning from defense attorney Lonnie Richardson, recanted her statement. Prosecutor Eth also alleged that the defendants, Lizbeth Mojica and Yamela Romero, were using the blog, The Straw Buyer, to harass the alleged victims, Airways Auto Tag Agency and it's owner Ileana Martinez de Castro. Prosecutor Eth withdrew his motion once the state and the court realized that the basis for the motion was all bullshit.TRANSCRIPT
