    Q: Is the final elicit about a:tude or understanding or both?A: I would say both! Finding out where your client is with either a:tude of understanding of your advice/informa1on will be helpful to you both.

    Q: What if someone says no they dont want your advice/informa1on?A: Comment on it, reflect, empathise, thats not something you want to talk about, or talking about this is difficult, or youd rather talk about something else, what is that?
