1 Hints

2 Scope of delivery

Please check the completeness of delivery before starting theinstallation. In case the delivery is incomplete, please contact ABTSportsline GmbH.

1 ABT intercooler

1Bracket for outsidetemperature sensor

1wiring harness for outsidetemperature sensor

1 lens head screw M5x12



3 Prepations at the vehicle

Remove the original intercooler asspecified by the manufacturer.

Remove the marked area bysawing/grinding. It´s located onthe left side in driving direction ofthe lock support.

Remove the air duct on the leftand the right side.



Remove the outside temperaturesensor and cut the air duct onthe marked point as shown inthe picture.

Reassemble the air duct to thecar.

Replace the cable of the outdoortemperature sensor with theenclosed cable set.

Lay the cable in the direction ofthe lock carrier so that the cableof the outside temperature sensoris guided through the gap of theventilation hose.



Fix the supplied holder 4 cm fromthe marked line to the bottomedge of the holder and drill a 3.5mm hole.

Now mount the enclosed holderwith the M5x12 head screw sothat the outside temperaturesensor is protected behind thelock support. Fit the outsidetemperature sensor in the holderand connect it to the installedcable.

Remove the marked styrofoamparts.

1 - Saw the marked part of thestyrofoam off.



2 - Saw the marked part of thestyrofoam off.

After the work is donereassamble both styrofoam partsto the front apron again.



4 Intercooler Installations

Mount the ABT intercooler asspecified by the manufacturer.



5 Completion

Replace all the parts to the vehicle.

Read out the error memory and delete if necessary.

Start the engine and take a test drive.
