Young Professional• individual 30 years of age or younger• 5 or less years professional experience• has made outstanding contributions to

the meetings and events industry• not limited to MPI members

• honors rare individuals who by visionary hard work and creative insight have positively changed the global meetings and events industry community

• recognizes sustained commitment and substantial contributions to the global meeting and events industry

• elevates the accomplishments of these individuals and inspires others to learn from their example

• not limited to MPI members

Meeting Industry Leadership

• honors an exceptional MPI member who through their volunteer efforts has made outstanding grassroots contributions and demonstrated unparalleled commitment to the advancement of a chapter, club, community or region

• limited to MPI members

• recognizes MPI chapters and other communities for demonstrated achievement in making human connections through knowledge and ideas

• recipient(s) will have displayed innovation and creativity in the development, planning and execution of ground-breaking initiatives

Achievement in Knowledge and Ideas

• recognizes MPI chapters and other communities for demonstrated achievement in marketplace excellence and providing business opportunities for members

• recipient(s) will have displayed innovation and creativity in the development, planning and delivery of effective business-to-business opportunities between community members

Achievement in Marketplace Excellence

• recognizes the exceptional achievement and accomplishments of chapters and other communities within two years of inception

• exemplary results include but are not limited to:– strategic direction– innovative initiatives– member engagement
