Objective

1. To refrain from planting rice to the whole year, the system of rice cultivation plant rice per year up to 2 times.

2. In order to grow rice in the same area of the irrigated area.

3. To conserve the irrigated water supply, the use of water does not exceed the water available.

4. To cut a range of outbreak of diseases and insect pests of rice.

5. To preserve the ecological system in paddy fields to a well-balanced.
