It is the sole responsibility of each student to find out what work and notes were missed in the case of absence. Absence is not an excuse for missed homework or notes.
Students must make an appointment with me within 3 days after returning to school to make-up tests before or after school.
After 7 days or a missed appointment, a grade of zero will be recorded.
I dismiss the class at the end of the period not the bell.
Wait until I officially dismisses you prior to packing your things.
Cell phones or any electronic devices are not permitted to be used in school without explicit permission from a member of the faculty, staff,
or administration.
Permission to use an electronic device must be granted before students are allowed to openly
display them.
Cell phones and other electronic devices are to be turned off and placed on the student’s
desktop where they will remain until class is dismissed or the teacher requests otherwise.
If a cell phone rings or beeps in class/school, it is considered being in use.
Due to the nature of the course, there will be NO food, gum, or drinks permitted in class at any time.
This classroom is a “No Whining Zone”. That means
that there will be no whining, for ANY reason.
Everything that I do is in your best interest.
