The Supernatural Horror- Mirrors

Realistic Horror Films- Paranormal Activity

effect make the scene appear terrifying and creepy. The props used like the bed

and house furniture gave the viewers an idea of where the scene is. The camera

movements was always an aerial shot that gave us a clear view of the whole area.

The Horror/Comedy Movie-The Landlord

Title: The Landlord Director: Emil Hyde When released: 2009

Plot of film: The Landlord is the story of Tyler, the unfortunate young proprietor of a

demon-haunted apartment building. While finding tenants has never been a problem for

Tyler, keeping them alive long enough to pay rent is. No matter how nicely Tyler asks, he

two, even). They never listen. And why should they? They have an all-you-can-eat buffet

they where feeling. The costumes were red and green indicating threat, hazard and risk to the loggers. The lighting helped us signify the time of day.

Psychological Horror

What I learnt from film, and how it inspired me?

• I have learnt that the convention are really important to the film has it put the film the together.

• The films I have researched has inspired me as I was able to compare the different conventions.

• I have enjoyed the different aspects of horror films as I am now able to tell the difference between horrors sub genres.
