Points to be Noted before filling the Booking Form
1. Please fill and submit the Booking Form to reach us by 15th April, 2018 at the undermentioned address:
2. Please send the booking form (page 1 & 2) by Registered Post or can send scan copy of filled form to along with the PAN Card copy. Also retain a photo copy of the form with you. Payments should only be made once you receive confirmation of your stall.
3. The Deepshikha Mahila Club committee will review the application forms and will allot the stalls on first come first serve basis. The confirmation of stall allotment will be sent by SMS or emails, once payment is made in to our account via NEFT / RTGS accordingly in below mentioned accounts:
