Purpose
• Reduce shortage of skilled workers
• Encourage employers to hire and train apprentices
Guam Registered Apprenticeship Program
• Authorize tax credits equal in amount to fifty percent (50%) of eligible costs paid or incurred by an employer to train an apprentice
