Neutralization with sodaash can generate carbon dioxide so additional ventilation may be necessary. Forlarge spills, prevent entry into sewers and confined areas. Keep people away.Isolate hazard area. Collect material and place in an appropriate container.Neutralize residue with alkali such as soda ash, lime or limestone. Flush area withwater.
