The project deals with a new main bedroom with ensuite, which means a new floor creation and connection with the existing building. An alternative project proposes the creation of a hall which would include the new distribution and a greenhouse.

L’extension prévoit une chambre et une salle de bain privée, soit la création et l’articulation d’un niveau supplémentaire. Cela induit la réorganisation d’un des deux bâtiments pour y inclure la distribution entre les chambres existantes.Une alternative propose la création d’un hall d’entrée pour y inclure l’accès à l’étage, ainsi qu’un jardin d’hiver.

Concept: to express the services through a thought diversity of materials.
A big open living space, organized with slightly differences, enjoys the river view and the northern light.A transparent double height entry articulates and highlights the building core.Flexibility with the PLUG element: the family room is designed but planned for a second phase.The technical drawings and sketches have been sold to the clients. Modul_8A concept that answers to adapt to a changing exhibition.During two months, the artists moved, passed each other and stayed at the Art Center in order to show their creation process.Our concept: a furniture, based on 300 special 40 cm cubes, that we combined according to the artist’ needs, the space…Chairs, book shelves, stools, tables, workbenches…We created and made all the installation in situ, changed and organized it during the exhibition.
S’adapter à une exposition évolutive.Pendant deux mois, les artistes se succèdent et s’installent au Plateau pour montrer leur processus de création.Notre concept : une organisation spatiale de 300 éléments, basée sur un cube de 40 cm de côté, que l’on combine selon les nécessités de l’artiste, du lieu…Assises, plans de travail, bibliothèque, rangements, mobilier d’exposition…
Scénographie conçue et réalisée in situ par notre collectif Modul_8. Nous avons collaboré avec les artistes, organisé et fait évoluer les aménagements, pendants le temps de l’exposition.
The FAMilabO is a piece of family bathroom furniture.The superior part can be open and reveals a lower big sink. Bath for the baby, sink for the kids, this tub can be transformed into a baby’s wrapping table.Some low cupboards are integrated in this casket dedicated to the childhood.The children grow up, theirs uses change: the casket disappears in order to offer more space to the adults. Then it could help, for the hand washing for instance, or just as storage. This furniture is a central element, flexible and evolutive, which present a stylish design, easy to integrate.
Le FAMilabO est un meuble vasque familial de taille standard.La partie supérieure de ce meuble s’ouvre et présente un grand lavabo, à une hauteur inférieure. Baignoire pour bébé, lavabo pour les enfants, ce bac se transforme aisément en une table à langer. Des rangements bas sont intégrés dans ce coffret destiné à la petite enfance.
Les enfants grandissent, leurs usages changent : le coffret disparaît pour laisser place aux grands. Par la suite, il dépannera ponctuellement, pour des lessives par exemple, ou deviendra tout simplement un rangement.
Ce meuble est un élément central, flexible et évolutif, qui par son design épuré s’intègre facilement.
