MotorSport Vision (MSV) is one of the world’s foremost motorsport organisations, and owns a number of motor racing circuits in the UK.

Since being acquired by MSV in 2004, the fortunes of Brands Hatch, Oulton Park, Snetterton and Cadwell Park have been transformed under the direction of Chief Executive and former F1 driver Jonathan Palmer, setting new standards in quality, presentation and customer care.

The MSV Group has also expanded to include the British Superbike Championship and the BRDC Formula 4 Championship, the first step on the single-seater ladder for aspiring F1 drivers. The F4 championship office is based at Bedford Autodrome, the home of MSV’s PalmerSport corporate driving event, which is widely regarded as the best of its kind in the world.

MCE British Superbikes: BRDC F4 Championship:

In 2008, MSV acquired the commercial and promotional rights to the British Superbike Championship. MCE BSB is renowned worldwide for the quality and closeness of its racing and has launched the careers of countless MotoGP and World Superbike riders.

MotorSport Vision has successfully promoted the market-leading BRDC Formula 4 Championship, for the next generation of racing stars, since 2013. The 2014 and 2015 champions both won the prestigious McLaren Autosport BRDC award.

Thousands of guests drive a stunning selection of the world’s greatest track-prepared road and racing cars at the PalmerSport corporate motorsport event every year. Each participant can drive to the limit at MSV’s ultra-safe purpose-built Bedford Autodrome facility.

One of the most iconic sporting venues in the world, Brands Hatch attracts an impressive line-up of prestigious events each year.

The Kent circuit’s blend of sweeping corners and rapidly changing gradients, including the famous Paddock Hill Bend, make it one of the most popular tracks in Europe.

More than 30 race meetings are held at the circuit each year including British Superbikes, British

Touring Cars, British Truck Racing and the American SpeedFest.

The circuit was originally created as a cyclingtrackin1926,buthassincethenwitnessed some of the most significant moments in motorsport history including Ayrton Senna’s first car win and Nigel Mansell’s maiden Formula One victory. Brands Hatch also held the Road Cycling events at the London 2012 Paralympics.

Brands Hatch is located 20 miles from Central London, just off the M25.

Bedford Autodrome is the only UK circuit specifically designed to provide the ideal environment for guests to push themselves and their cars to the limit in optimum safety.

With no motor racing taking place, the venue does not feature extensive Armco barriers or grandstands – its huge run off areas mean that guests can extract every last inch of performance out of their vehicles in a safe, controlled environment.

The site features four main circuits that contain a challenging mix of high speed corners, chicanes and heavy braking hairpins to really test any car’s capabilities.

The complex is based at a 750 acre site near Thurleigh, north of Bedford, and is home to the legendary PalmerSport corporate hospitality motorsport event.

A growing number of car and bike trackdays also take place at Bedford Autodrome.

SNETTERTON - Norfolk

Snetterton has enjoyed a renaissance since MSV took over the circuit in 2004, and the venue was majorly redeveloped in 2011 with the creation of a brand new three-mile circuit configuration to transform it into one of the best tracks in the UK.

First used for motor racing in 1951, Snetterton has become renowned over the past half-century for its long straights and high-speed corners. Cars and bikes are often up to four abreast down the famous Bentley Straight!

Highlights on the circuit’s race calendar include visits from the British Superbike, British Touring Car and British Truck Racing championships, and there are also two and four wheel club meetings most weekends during the season.

Snetterton is a popular test track and has been used to develop a host of vehicles including various race-winning Le Mans 24 Hour machinery.

One of Britain’s fastest and longest circuits, the Norfolk venue is located 10 miles north-east of Thetford on the A11.

CADWELL PARK - Lincolnshire

Fondly nicknamed the ‘mini Nürburgring’, Cadwell Park is held closely in the hearts of many motorsport fans.

The star event on the Cadwell Park calendar is the British Superbike Championship over August Bank Holiday weekend. The annual BSB ‘Party in the Park’ is known for its buzzing atmosphere, attracting the biggest crowds of the season to witness some of the world’s best riders tackling the famous

‘Mountain’ section, where bikes frequently get airborne.

Cadwell Park’s striking mix of twists, cambers and gradients attract several four wheel events too, including the Historic Wolds Trophy and a Vintage Sports Car Festival.

Located 10 miles north of Horncastle and five miles south of Louth, the Lincolnshire circuit is especially popular with bikers nationwide.

Oulton Park is widely acknowledged as the most picturesque circuit in the country, admired as much for its stunning surroundings as for the spectacular racing it produces.

The track itself has always been popular with fans due to the superb views available from the spectator banking. As many as 35,000 fans regularly flock to the circuit for the annual round of the British Touring Car Championship.Alongside the BTCC, the Cheshire

track hosts two rounds of the MCE British Superbike Championship as well as the HSCC Gold Cup, where the finest sports cars, saloons and single seaters from the past 70 years roll back time and take to the track.

Oulton Park is situated next to Little Budworth and is best accessed from the A54 and the A59.

Our Terms and Conditions have been carefully written to ensure that there are no misunderstandings that could detract from your enjoyment.

The Driving Experiences are provided by the MotorSport Vision Group of companies, which includes MotorSport Vision Limitedand JPM Limited, trading as PalmerSport. Details of these companies can be found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of our retail driving days, including sales by way of Gift Vouchers. They supplement the information contained on our website or in any printed literature and notices and instructions that are published or provided at our venues or by our staff.

Driving Experience VouchersRather than relating to any specific driving activity, our Adrenaline Vouchers can be redeemed by voucher-holders against any of the Driving Experiences offered by us at our venues at the time of redemption of the voucher, excluding YoungDrive! and SuperRides. Ignition Vouchers can be redeemed against a smaller selection of experiences with reduced driving time.

Voucher ValidityEach Gift Voucher is valid until the expiry date printed on the voucher and the Driving Experience must be booked and completed by this time.

Gift Vouchers will not be replaced by us if they are lost or have expired. Gift Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are non-transferable.

Driving Activity BookingsTo confirm the date booked for you or to book a date for your experience, please call our Retail Sales Team on 0843 453 1000. Please quote the Driving Experience Voucher ID reference when making any enquiry.

PricesThe prices of our Gift Vouchers, products and experiences as set out in our brochure or on our website are correct, save for any obvious errors or omissions. We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect you if you have already booked and paid for a product or experience.

All prices for the relevant product, experience or voucher will be confirmed to you prior to you making your purchase.

RefundsFor all vouchers purchased for a specific date or time no refunds are available. Non-dated Gift Vouchers can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will not be made if a voucher has not been redeemed within the period of validity.

DeliveryAll Gift Voucher packs are dispatched via Royal Mail’s postal service, unless collected from our office or sent by another dispatch service on request.

In our experience the Royal Mail is extremely reliable and you should receive your Gift Voucher pack within 5 working days of ordering. In the rare instance a pack goes astray in the post, please call our Retail Sales Team on 0843 453 1000 and we will make alternative arrangements.

If you require guaranteed delivery on a specific date we can send your gift pack by Royal Mail Special Delivery, subject to an additional cost.

All Royal Mail services apply on UK mainland addresses only.

Specific Terms Applicable to Booking Driving Experiences:

The WeatherAll our Driving Experiences are offered subject to availability of dates, vehicles, facilities and the weather. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to adverse weather conditions.

If we need to cancel your Driving Experience in its entirety due to adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control, this will generally be in the interests of safety and we will provide as much prior notice to you as practical, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide this notice prior to the day of the relevant booking. However, you will be able to re-schedule your Driving Experience to take place within a 3 month period after the cancellation.

Your CommitmentOnce a participant has booked a date for a driving activity, we reserve his or her car, instructor and circuit time. If that participant then chooses to cancel, he or she will be in breach of contract and we are entitled to retain all monies paid.

However, if the nominated driver is unable to attend and you wish to send a replacement driver to take the booked Driving Experience, we are happy to accept substitutes up to the time of signing on, provided we have written authorisation from either the purchaser or the nominated driver, and the nominated substitute complies with all relevant criteria.

Of course, we appreciate that in some circumstances cancellation may be unavoidable - for example a serious medical condition. We are able to include cancellation insurance with all our vouchers (excluding SuperRides and Ignition Vouchers, where this is available at extra cost) to cover these eventualities. Please speak to our Retail Sales Team on 0843 453 1000 for further details about our cancellation cover.

Please arrive early and register for your activity at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. All Driving Experience participants must attend the preceding drivers’ briefing, so it is essential that you arrive in good time.

Once a booking has been made you can only move the date on one occasion, provided we receive a minimum of 28 days notice prior to the Driving Experience taking place.

Safety, Risk and InsuranceWhilst we pride ourselves on our safety standards, the very nature of our Driving Experiences means that, despite us taking all reasonable precautions, some personal risk of injury is involved in taking part in the activities we offer. By attending our Driving Experiences, participants acknowledge this and confirm that they are aware of the nature of the activity and attend the venue at their own risk. It is a condition of participation in our activities that the driver signs a declaration acknowledging this prior to taking part in the activity.

MotorSport Vision Limited has public liability insurance cover for their operations. However, we also offer all participants with personal accident insurance (excluding SuperRides and YoungDrive! where this is available at extra cost). Please call our Retail Sales Team on 0843 453 1000 for details on our personal accident cover.

Please note that some medical conditions preclude certain drivers from taking part. For further details please speak to one of our Retail Sales Team on 0843 453 1000.

Donotconsumealcoholand/ortakeanydrugswhichmayimpair

your ability to participate in the activity, either before or during the activity. We may refuse participation in an activity to anyone we suspecttobeundertheinfluenceofalcoholand/ordrugs(whetherprescribed or otherwise).

Where an experience requires a crash helmet to be worn, this is mandatory and there are no exceptions. Helmets should be secured properly at all times when worn inside a vehicle.

We may refuse access to, and eject from, our venues anyone who we believe is acting against the interests of safety or whose behaviour is likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury. We may also conduct security searches at our venues to ensure the safety of our customers and others present at the venue.

No animals are allowed into any of our venues. Any person found in breach of this condition will be required to leave.

Driving Activity DescriptionsWe constantly strive to develop and improve the Driving Experiences available at our venues. As a result, the vehicles, courses and activities provided may vary from the descriptions contained here without notice. Where we make any material change to the nature of a booked activity we will endeavour to contact you in advance of your booking and may offer you an alternative activity of an equivalent value.

Where the duration of an experience is mentioned online, in our brochure, by our Retail Sales Team or our agents, this is an approximate time and is given as a guide only. Unless specifically stated otherwise you will normally take your Driving Experience with other participants and there may be some waiting time involved.

Driving LicencesAll drivers, with the exception of those participating in the YoungDrive! activity or SuperRides, must hold a full and current driving licence to take part in any experience. Drivers must produce their driving licence when signing on for their experience. Provisional licences or photocopies of licences are not acceptable. Where we require a minimum length of time that a licence must be held by the driver before participating in an experience, you may purchase a Gift Voucher before this minimum period has elapsed, but the minimum licence period must have elapsed before an experience can be taken.

Jurisdiction and Applicable LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions.
