Installation of submersible pumps in the flocculation Inlet Chambers of each basins at East Bank WTP
Installation of dry mounted end suction pumps at each of the basins at West Bank WTP
Construction of DN200 SS Flash Mixer discharge pipe work
Fabrication & installation of Flash Mixer nozzle and Deflection cone for each of the four basins
Installation of precast concrete chambers over existing incoming raw water inlet
Associated electrical works including the Installation of electrical cabinets (indoor & outdoor) and power cabling
Configuration and programming of PLC and SCADA
All testing and commissioning works
Fabrication and installation of Flash Mixers to the sedimentation
basins at Mt Crosby’s East Bank Water Treatment Plant and West
Bank Water Treatment Plant .
Client need During Brisbane’s floods, Mt Crosby experienced ‘dirty water’
influx events. The current alum dosing system was assessed as
needing augmentation and flash mixing offers a process that is
able to deliver increased dosing rates.
