1st GRADUATES: LEINN, MINN
WORKING HARD+FUN=SATISFACTION!
Tuesday and Wednesday, which appear surrounded by a broken line, are optional and not a compulsory part of the trip. They are a series of workshops and seminars organized by MTA and will take place at the Basque Culinary Centre in Donostia.
24H BIRTH-GIVING presentation: First generation of LEINN (graduates in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation) and MINN (Master in Intraemprendeneurship) will
present their solutions to the challenges given to them 24 hours before. This is MTA’s way to check what the students have learnt during the courses.
What is a BIRTH GIVING? It is used as a sum up for the whole experience, where leinners work for generating and crystallizing new knowledge they can
take back. Birth giving is team’s (or similar group’s) oral and/or written display of it’s current competency focused on solving problems, presenting things learnt in a project or generating new ideas.
In birth giving knowledge is shared and created by all participants. It is not a mere presentation, but an interactive learning
situation for everybody. The length of birth giving varies according to needs. Usually they last four hours (plus of course the time used to preparation) but in some cases they may last only 30 minutes.
MTA 5TH ANNIVERSARY : We will celebrate our 5th anniversary with some team activities and a special dinner which will be a good opportunity to interact with

Introduction to MONDRAGON COOPERATIVE: Introduction to the university of Mondragon Corporation and the Mondragon Team Academy, where innovation, leadership and
entrepreneurship are developed and encouraged. We will prepare some materials and an introduction for you to know the methodology of MTA in general, and LEINN in particular. Also the rocket model, as it is the base of the evaluation system used in MTA. You will also have the opportunity to speak with some leinnsters and ask them questions
COMPANY VISITS: We will visit Polo Garaia and Fagor:

OÑATI CAMPUS VISIT: We will do a tour around the business faculty of Mondragon University: offices, rooms for the trainning sessions… You will also have
the opportunity to speak with other leinners and see how they work.
WORKSHOP: You will have the chance to put into practice the Learning tools used by students in MTA.
Gastronomy Tour + Post Motorola : We will give you a tour through the most emblematic gastronomy societies of the old part of San Sebastian and we will see the
amazing views of San Sebastian from Urgull mountain. After that, we will take some pintxos in a typical basque bar and we will closed the learning expedition with a Motorola.
What it is a Motorola? Motorola is a simple reporting framework for setting learning goals for projects and learning from them. The purpose of Motorola is to
help it’s writer to analyze things learnt and to communicate them as short summary to the other members of the team. Pre-Motorola is done before project and post-Motorola after. Both of them have their own framework that consist of few basic
questions. All Motorolas are stored into Team Academy’s Knowledge Flow -IT -system.
Coaches BIRTH-GIVING: You will have the chance to assist to a Birth-Giving of the coaches and realize how they work and how they build this new and
innovative methodology. It is a unique opportunity to see how they work and how they collaborate into team work. It will be in Bilbao. And it will be a closing dinner for interact with the coaches and speak with them on an informal way during the
meal.
JOHANES PARTANEN, the founder of Team Academy, will be with us the whole week. You will have the opportunity to speak with him.
