Dear Friends, What a night! On Saturday, June 8, you showed up and you changed lives. As the co-chairs of the event, we were stunned and inspired by the generosity of each and every one of you. The energy in the room was electric as we celebrated 40 years of life-saving work – work made possible by the compassion of people like you. Sitting on the baseball field, bidding on exciting auction items and listening to passionate speakers – these are all things that make Field of Dreams special. But what really matters are the lives saved and changed by this event. The lives of real people like Abdur, the man who our speaker, Sarah Rawlins, met in Bangladesh. Because of the loving care Abdur and his family received from Medical Teams, he found hope aſter despair. He began to heal aſter unimaginable loss. We want you to know the very real impact you have on people like Abdur around the globe. Your compassion sends healing to our brothers and sisters who need it most. Mothers whose children are dying from malaria. Refugees who arrive in crowded camps sick and hungry. People here at home who can’t access dental care and are in constant pain. We really can’t thank you enough for your heartfelt giſts. We hope to see you on the field again next year, if not before!
