How do you get this service?

If you are an MTN Business customer you can access this service for free – that means you do not pay for any calls made to the BizAssist number as long as you call from your cellphone.

• To activate your account call 083 123 6655 from your cellphone. The call centre agent will ask for your membership number – please give them your cell number. • The agent will then verify if you are an MTN Business customer and

request further contact details in order to activate your account. • Once they have confirmed you are an MTN Business customer they will

also confirm your password which may be used to register you on the website www.mtnbizassist.co.za - you can then access the BizAssist services all on your own via the internet.

Fax2Email is a digital revolution that allows you to send and receive faxes via email. Your unique Fax2Email number allows you to receive faxes wherever you are for free.

When someone sends you a fax our server converts it into a PDF or TIFF file and forwards it to your email address. This allows you to view the fax like a normal image on your computer. You can then forward it to others as an email or archive it.
