Registration - Manual
In order to begin Registration process, visit http://www.apicol.nic.in.
Click on the Registration link in the Menu Bar to proceed.
Prerequisites After clicking on Registration, you will view the Prerequisites Page. Read the Registration Guidelines carefully before filling the Registration form.
This is the first page of Registration. On clicking “No” you will be redirected to the Registration form. On clicking “Yes” you will be redirected to the Expansion section.
Click on the Registration Button to
proceed to Registration form.
Click on No to start a new Registration (if
not done previously).
Click on Yes (if you have done registration previously / completed
the Registration process).

After clicking “Yes” you will be redirected to the below page. On clicking “Yes” you will be asked to enter your Go-Ahead Number, Aadhaar Number & Farmer ID.
After clicking “No” in the Expansion Page you will view the below section. You will be asked to enter the Reference Number (sent to your mobile after the generation of Reference Number) and Aadhaar Number.
Enter Go-Ahead Number.
Enter Aadhaar Number.
Enter Farmer ID.
Click here to proceed to Expansion section.
Click on Yes to continue to Expansion.
Click on No to enter details to continue to
Registration form.
Enter Reference Number.
Enter Aadhaar Number.
Click here to proceed to Registration form.
After clicking on Continue to Registration, you will be asked to select either Individual or Group based project.
On clicking the “Individual” / “Group” you will be asked to enter Farmer ID to proceed.
Click on Individual to choose Individual based
project.
Click on Group to choose Group based project.
Enter your valid Farmer ID.
Click on the Proceed Button to view the rest
of the form.
After clicking on the Proceed Button, the below form will be shown. This is the Applicant Details section of the Registration form. Fill all the details to proceed further.
Click on the Reset Button if wrong Farmer
ID is entered.
If your Education Qualification is “Graduate in
Agriculture and Allied Disciplines” then it is mandatory to upload
the Education Certificate.
The Next Button will only be shown if all
the details are filled. Click on the Next
Button to proceed to the “Project
Information” section.
On clicking the “Group” options you will be shown a slightly different screen as below with options such as Type of Groups, Firm Name & Number of Members.
Select the Type of Group.
Enter your Firm Name
This Button will only be shown after entering the No. of Group Members. Click here to enter the Farmer ID of the group
members & their educational
qualifications.
Enter the Number of Group Members
On clicking “Enter the Farmer ID of Members” a pop-up will be opened. You will be asked to enter the Farmer ID & Educational Qualification. Then proceed in the same way when selected the “Group” option and click Next to go to Project Information section.
On clicking the Next Button of “Applicant Details” section, the below section i.e. “Project Information” will be shown. In the below section we have selected the Finance Type as “Self”, Whether CIS Previously Availed as “No”.
Click on Save to generate Reference
Number & proceed to the next section.
Click on “Validate Farmer ID” to proceed.
Click on “Close” to close the pop-up.
Click on the previous button to view the details entered in previous section.
This is the “Project Information” section. In the below section we have selected the Finance Type as “Bank” & have entered their respective details, CIS Previously Availed as “Yes” & have entered their respective details.
Click on Save to generate Reference
Number & proceed to the next section.
Click on the previous button to view the details entered in previous section.
If the CIS Finance Type is Bank then it is
mandatory to upload the Bank Clearance
Certificate
This is the Reference Number i.e. generated after the successful submission of Applicant Details and Project Information. An SMS has also been sent to the respective Mobile Number of the Beneficiary.
This page is for viewing / modifying the entered details of First Section.
Click on OK to close the pop-up & proceed to the next section or modify the Current
section.
Click on the Next Button to go to the view / edit
page of next section.
Click on the Modify Button to edit the
details entered in this section.
This page is for viewing / modifying the entered details of the second section.
On clicking the “Next” Button, you will be redirected to the next section – “Proposed Location of CAE with Land Particulars”. On entering the “District, Block, GP, Village, Khata Number & Plot Number”, “Bhulekh Land Records” will be fetched. Multiple Land Records can be entered. A maximum of 2 “Land Record Documents” can be uploaded. Click on the “Add Record” Button to add multiple Land Records. Click on “Add More File” to add multiple Land Record Documents. Click on “Remove Additional File” to delete second Land Record Document. All the fields are mandatory to be filled up by Beneficiary.
Click on the Next Button to enter the details of
next section.
Click on the Modify Button to edit the
details entered in this section.
Click here to go back to view the previous

Click Edit to change the uploaded Bank
Clearance Certificate.
Click here to add multiple Land Records.
Click here to add the second Land Record
Document.
Click here to add multiple Land Records.
Click here to remove multiple Land Records.
Click here to go to the previous section to view
or edit records.
Click here to save the Land Record Details.
After the Save Button is clicked, the Records are submitted & the below page for modifying the Land Record Details is displayed.
This is the “Documents to be uploaded” section. Here the Photograph of the Applicant, his/her Signature and Identity Proof are to be uploaded.

This is preview of whole registration form. Here you have to accept the undertaking by clicking on the checkbox at the end of the page before submitting. Once you click the submit button you will not be able to modify the registration content.
