Our Unique Marketing System
For our own branding – we only export to the qualified International Master Importers (IMI)and Master Distributors worldwide to achieve maximum branding control and relevance. Our product will only be distributed via our flagships or concept stores.

Hence, you may enroll or apply as our IMI, Master Distributors or Flagship Partners for our own branding.
For OBM, OEM products – product that we have the master exporter status, we are able to distribute to importer based on Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and the unique importance, we are able to appoint you as the sole master importer for an OBM or OEM product in your countryor state and to fully protect your interests.

Our Operation GenerallyOur operation encompasses Multiplex World Headquarters in Korea and Malaysia for the formulation of international branding (as brand owner) strategies and controls, further supported by IMI, Master Distributors as our business partners at geographical locations, and finally the establishment of international flagships as the extension of arm for Multiplex to reach to the consumer directly.
Multiplex stretches her strategizing, monitoring and controlling spans toward the consumer level.
International Master Importer (IMI)
This is the qualified prime partners of Multiplex Korea as the Master Importer of a country. IMI has the rights and authority to enroll or recruit Master Distributor in the country to support this marketing system.
Master Distributor
This is the approved partners by Multiplex Malaysia to allow their participation as Master Distributor worldwide. Only Master Distributor is allowed to establish flagship with Multiplex.

Our Operation Generally
The International Flagship
This is an extension of arm by Master Distributor for Multiplex to reach to the high end consumer directly for promotion and marketing of the products.
The objective of the Flagship is to cater high end products sales over the counter and as well as deeply focus on the Authentic Korean Style Saloon provisions for consumers worldwide.
The flagship illustrates the truly Korean international flagship worldwide by having its entireproduct authentically made in Korea, saloon techniques, and including the inculcation of Korean Culture onto staff of all levels.
All operations of the flagship are regulated under Multiplex International Flagship Protocol 2010/2011.
The provisions or operations of the flagship:
(1) Sales over the counter – for Korean Skincare Products as authorized by Multiplex.
(2) Saloon services – authentic Korean unique skincare techniques as authorized by Multiplex.
