Using your MultiProcessor™ Compact• Plugthepowercordintoa230-240VAC

poweroutletandturnpower‘ON’.• Usingthecontroldial,selectthedesired

processingspeed.ThepulsefunctionremainsaslongasthePulsebuttonispresseddown.Thetwospeedsonthespeeddial,willprovidecontinuousprocessinguntilthecontroldialisreturnedtothe‘OFF”position.Furtheringredientscanalsobeaddedwhilstprocessingbypouringthroughthefeedtubeoncethefoodpusherhasbeenremoved.Afteryouhavecompletedprocessing,turnthecontroldialtothe‘OFF’position.Note:Formaximumcontrolwhenusingyourfoodprocessor,loadthefeedtubebeforeturningonyourfoodprocessor.Alwaysusethefoodpusherformoreevenlyprocessedfoodsandneveruseyourfingers.Important:Whenmixingaheavyloadi.e1.5kgdough,donotoperatethefoodprocessorformorethan38secsatatime.

StoretheMultiProcessor™Compactonyourbenchtoporwithinakitchencupboard.Themotorbaseshouldbestoredonacleanflatsurfacewiththeprocessingbowlinposition.Alloftheattachmentscanbestoredwithintheprocessingbowl.Placetheprocessingblade(withprotectivecover)inpositionoverthespindlethenplaceintheslidingblades,thewhiskanddoughblade.Placethediskholderontopofthespindleandlockintoplacetheprocessingcover.Thetwofoodpusherscanbepositionedinthefeedtube.Thepowercordcanbestoredwithinthecordstorageatthebackofthemotorbase.

ChoppingForthebest,mostconsistentresults,youshouldtrytoprocesspiecesoffoodthatareapproximatelyequalinsize.Whenyoubreak,cutortearfoodintouniformpiecesbeforeyoubeginprocessing,thefinishedresultswillbemoreuniform.Moreconsistentprocessingresultsareachievediftheprocessingbowlisnotoverloaded.

Note: Whenprocessingsaucesorsemi-liquidingredients,stopthefoodprocessorandscrapedownthebowlsideswithaspatula.

Using the Feed TubeThemostimportantfactorforsuccessfulslicingandshreddingisthewayinwhichthefoodispackedintothefeedtube.

Slicing, shredding and gratingCutallingredientstoasizethatfitscomfortablyintothefeedtube.Packthefeedtubeand,whileholdingfoodsteadyanduprightwiththefoodpusher,pressdownevenlyuntilallingredientsareslicedorshredded.Themorefirmlyyoupush,thethickertheslicesorshreds.Donotuseexcessiveforceoryoumaydamagethefoodprocessor.

Note: Neverusefingerstopushfooddownthefeedtube.Alwaysusethefoodpusher.
