SECTION 2. DISPOSITION OF DETACHED TRICYCLE PLATES AND

PENALTIES.

a. All tricycle plates detached by any of the authorized personnel shall be

deposited at the Treasurers Office together with the citation ticket for

safekeeping until claimed by the legitimate operator and/or driver by payingthe following fines as penalties:

First Offense - Php 200.00

Second Offense - Php 500.00

Third Offense - Php 1,000.00

Succeeding Offenses - Php 1,500.00

b. Failure on the part of the tricycle operator and/or driver to claim the tricycle

plate within 30 days from the date it was withdrawn or detached shall be

ground for the cancellation of the tricycle franchise.

SECTION 3. SEPARABILTY CLAUSE. If, for any reason/s, any part/s of thisOrdinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions hereof

which are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 4. REPEALING CLAUSE. Any ordinance or part/s thereof which are

inconsistent with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed, amended

or modified accordingly.

SECTION 5. EFFECTIVITY. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
