employee to the system? Simply launch the employee add Wizard from the applicant review page in Munis

Applicant Tracking and the information — including name, contact information, birth date, hire date, and

default pay, deductions and accruals information based on job class — is automatically populated to the

correct fields. Once the user hits submit, the Wizard automatically creates needed employee records, assigns a

unique employee number and changes the applicant’s status to “hired.”

or after expenses are incurred; and even decide whether to reimburse

then fills out the remaining required fields, hits submit and the claim is

entered into the workflow process. Workflow rules can be set up to direct
