TUSCAN HANGING

Painted for Delatorres, a restaurant

in Pleasanton, CA. It was one of five

paintings along with wall treatments

and decorative embellishments.

BATMAN

Or...Bruce Wayne? Actually the gentle-

man for whom this was painted,... his

name was Bruce Wayne. The mural

adorns a wall in his “Batman” room

which is filled with Batman parapher-

nalia. Where Bruce likes to sit and ad-

mire, and reflect on his Batman tat-

too. Don’t ask what’s in his garage.SEASCAPE

Painted for Pete’s Seafood

on the largest interior wall.

TEAMSTERS

Mural for the Teamsters Local 853 painted

floor to ceiling in their San Leandro entry.

‘62 Corvette

Illustration of 1962 Corvette repro-

duced digitally for a trade show booth.

vaulted ceilingPainted with a combination of faux

and realistic tees, tropical plants and

flowers. A trompe l ‘oeil drape was added

to tie the ceiling into the hallway alcove.

birds of paradise, orchids, and other flow-

ers. The soft edged shadows enhance the

illusion of depth and a concave rear wall.

outdoorporticoPainted on the ceiling of an outdoor

portico. The ceiling is equipped with fiber

optics on a light sensor. As it becomes

darker outside, the stars begin to come out.

CLOUD MURAL

Painted for Heavenly Remedies, a day

spa in Pleasanton, CA. It was painted

in one day. Clouds have a sooth-

ing effect, and when painted floor

to ceiling, as this was, the viewer

gets the feeling they aren’t just look-

ing at clouds, but are up in them.

CABANA

Mural painted in a health spa co-

ordinated on two wall to cre-

ate atmosphere and depth.

STACEYS

A mural painted in the soffit

area over the bar, contain-

ing over 35 portraits of own-

ers families, employees, and

patrons. The mural creates

a celebratory atmosphere.

“In this age of materialism

where technology propels

us ever faster, our senses be-

come atrophied from lack of

focused use, and our minds

and souls desensitized from

overexposure to violence

and inhumanity. As artists

we must remember a basic

task, through our art, to re-

mind ourselves that beauty

is always at our fingertips,

we are constantly surround-

ed by the miraculous, and

eternity is held in a moment.”
