Mr Basil Heatherill has returned to our school as General Assistant for the next 12 months as Mr Albury has decided to continue his leave. Welcome back! Mrs Nicole Taylor is our new Canteen Coordinator. We hope she enjoys her new role, welcome! Attendance Regular attendance at school for every student is essential if students are to achieve their potential and increase their career and life options. Children who are enrolled at school are required to attend every day the school is open for instruction. It is also important for children to arrive on time each day. Attached to this newsletter is a flyer from the Department of Education detailing school attendance. I ask that you work in partnership with your child’s teacher or myself if these matters are relevant to your child. End of School Day Routines A reminder that if you collect your child from school at the end of the day that you wait in the concreted area between the school gate and the OOSH area and/or near the sandpit. Thank you from Cindy Secomb

I would like to take the time to say a few thank

yous. Firstly to the P&C, thank you for the

opportunity to be the Canteen Coordinator for the

last 3 years.

To the students for making the volunteers and I

laugh and smile. You, the students, are the reason

we do what we do!

And lastly the volunteers, I may organise the days

but you are the heart and soul of the canteen. I

have appreciated your time and help. I wouldn’t
