    2. Aim In numerical example we demonstrated how

    Model cell migration using finite element analysis. Use Hill’s muscle model with net of fibers, in order to describe contraction of cell during cell migration. Cell moves within fluid and interacts with the surrounding deformable cells. Strong coupling between solid and fluid is used. The methodology is implemented in our FE software PAK.
