The Five Pillars of Islam, are The Hajj or Pilgrimage to Mecca, Zakah, Or Alms-Giving, is were Muslims if possible donate 2.5% of there wealth to charity.Shahadan , Is that all muslims think that there is no other god but Allah.Salah, Consists of five daily prayers.And Swam, is fasting through out the month of Ramadan.This is when all muslims must fast from dawn until dusk.

Mosques are the houses of worship of the Muslim people. The pointy spires are called minarets. There are many items that are symmetrical in a mosque.The four towers on a mosque, are special sanctuaries for priests.

Muslims must pray five times a day. They have special prayer rugs that they use when praying, which just happens to not be in this photo, but they also take off there shoes, and always face toward The City Of Mecca.

Mecca is a city that is the holy birth place of Muhammad. It contains this cube like building with a black cloth on top. This is supposed to be the exact place Muhammad was born. Muslims gather my the millions all around the building walking around and praying. This sea of people can be seen on a map!
