Country Fresh Mushrooms was established in

1925, when the mushroom industry first started

in the United States. Today we are a group of 9

families working cooperatively to provide over 50

million pounds annually of top quality white,

specialty, value added and quick blanched

mushrooms throughout the United States.

Based in Avondale, Pennsylvania, Country Fresh

has over 600 years of cumulative mushroom

experience, listening to our customers and

providing industry leading service. Each of our

employees takes great pride in making sure that

our quality, service and final products meet or

exceed our customer’s expectations. We all
