EVENT SCHEDULE

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Parking: Bus and tractor-trailer parking is located in the lot on the north side of the school. Pit truckparking is located on the north side of the school. If the band plans to stay for the awards ceremony,all equipment trucks need to be relocated to the overflow parking at DePaolo Middle School and theCalendar House. Turn right at the Pit truck parking exit and follow signs for shuttle bus parking.Shuttle busses are available. Refer to the map provided.
Restrooms: Upon band arrival, restrooms are available in the cafeteria and art room wing and canbe accessed through the front of the school. Restrooms are also located at the stadium next to thePit entrance.
Member Re-Entry: Hand stamps will be given out as band members depart from their buses.
Tickets: Tickets will be $12 for adults, and $7 for students and seniors. Tickets can be purchased atadmissions at the field gate. Cash or credit cards will be accepted.
Warm Up: Two warm up areas are located in the front of the school. The quiet warm up area islocated in a field behind the stadium on the visitor stands side. Refer to the map provided.
Field Surface: The field is artificial turf and will have high school hashes present.
Power: There will be a power source located on the 50-yard line.
Retreat: For retreat, report to the North End Zone. The Assistant Coordinator will help arrange byGroup and Class.
Meet & Greet (Critique): Meet & Greet (Critique) will be located outdoors in tents, directly outside ofthe cafeteria. This begins at the commencement of the Awards Ceremony. If you do not plan to attendMeet & Greet (Critique), please inform the Assistant Coordinator at the gate.
Awards: Trophies will be given out.
Concessions: Concessions will be located at the outdoor concession stand. Cash or credit cards willbe accepted.
Credentials/Access: USBands credentials are needed to enter the field and the hospitality area (intents outside to the right of the cafeteria).
Competition Suite: Adjudicator commentary for all USBands ensembles can be located inCompetition Suite shortly after the conclusion of each ensemble's performance. Directors may grantaccess to the ensemble’s portal with staff/instructors, and may request help from USBandsrepresentatives to resolve any issues accessing Competition Suite.
