Joe Fudale is a 2014 graduate of Olmsted Falls and is currently studying
music education at the Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music
with an emphasis in wind band conducting. “As a student of Cleveland Or-
chestra assistant principal clarinetist Dan McKelway, I have many opportu-
nities to perform as a member of both the BW Symphonic Wind Ensemble and
Symphony Orchestra. In addition, I am privileged to be the course assistant to
Professor Laura Joss and enjoy such roles as conductor of the New Horizons
Pops Band for senior citizens. At Olmsted Falls, I am thrilled to be a return-
ing marching band staff member, and am excited to continue my new role as
an assistant director to Mrs. Budd and Mr. Feller. I am so incredibly thankful
for my experiences at Olmsted Falls, and am eager for the years to come!”

Instrumental Lessons Private lessons will be offered this year on flute, clarinet,
saxophone, cornet, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba, percus-
sion, voice, and maybe, depending on the amount of interest,
French horn, oboe and bassoon. (Availability of lessons will
depend on the number of responses for each instrument.) This
is an excellent opportunity to help your child enjoy band and
choir more by being able to participate at a higher level than
before. All students can greatly benefit from lessons. The ad-
vanced player will gain a greater depth of understanding and
solo performance while the less experienced player will get a
chance to practice the fundamentals they need. Fee is $14.00
for each once a week private lesson. Contact Mr. Feller at
440.427.6333 or [email protected] for more information or to
setup lessons for your child.
Private Lessons are a great way to fast forward your child's progress. Lessons are taught one to one,
dealing with just your child's skills. Here are some excellent area teachers:
