Our team has great success qualifying, building and operating projects with the Puerto Rico Department of Housing, Puerto Rico Housing Finance Authority, the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, the Home Program, Law 173, and the Project Based Section 8 Program. Since the completion of our first project in 1995 we have completed the construction of 644 apartments for rent geared to low income families and the elderly.
Twenty years committed to the development of low income multi family subsidized housing for families and the elderly.
