Corporate strategy is not only applicable to a company strategy but also applicable for a career path

A lot of people, including me, have approached a classical strategy but a adaptive strategy would be suitable approach as a today’s uncertainly environment

I would like to be in position that I can contribute to Japan when Japan confront critical situation (assume population aging, lack of global leader & global mindset)
